NDA 2022 Eligibility Criteria

Marital Status
The authority is allowing only unmarried male candidates to apply for the exam.
Age Limit
- NDA 1 2022: Whose date of birth falls not before 2nd July 2003 and not after 1st July 2006.
- NDA 2 2022: Whose date of birth falls not before 2nd January 2004 and not after 1st January 2007.
Educational Qualification
- Educational norms or Air Force and Naval Wings of NDA and 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme at the Indian Naval Academy: Class 12th or its equivalent exam with Mathematics and Physics.
- For Army Wings of NDA: Class 12th or its equivalent exam. Appearing candidates may also apply.
Fitness
Candidates have to be physically fit to according to the standard shared by the concerned authority.
NDA 2022 Application Form

- NDA 1 application form is likely to release in the month of January 2022, whereas, for NDA 2 the application form will release in August 2022. Candidates are only permitted to apply in online mode.
- The concerned authority also allows candidates to withdraw their application but within a specific period of time.
- Students need to be extra careful while filling the application form as no further modifications would be allowed upon submission.
- The deadline for the submission of the NDA 1 application form is February 2022.
- The application process for the NDA exam has been divided into two categories: In part 1, you have to fill in basic details and in part 2, you need to upload a scanned copy of your signature and photograph, but the choice of the exam center and make payment of a fee.
- Once you filled in all details correctly and uploaded the necessary documents then you should take a printout of the downloaded application for future reference.

- For Gen/OBC: Rs.100/-
- If you are failing under the SC/ST category or award of NCOs/ JCOs/Ors then you don’t need to pay the application fee.

NDA 2022 Admit Card
The authority will release NDA admit cards of candidates who have successfully applied for the exam two or three weeks before the commencement of the exam. There are no other modes rather than online mode available for obtaining the admit card.
Candidates should carefully review the information furnished on their admit card as it will help them to know their exam date, roll number, exam date, time, and venue along with other exam-related instructions.
NDA 2022 Answer Key
Once the exam is over, there are a number of coaching institutions that release the answer key. The official NDA answer key may or may not release by the concerned authority.
Students can match their answers with the answer key and predict their marks. In this way, they can know whether they are going to qualify for the exam or not.
NDA 2022 Result
Candidates who appeared in NDA exam, they may check their respective result from the official web portal of the Union Public Service Commission. The authority will declare the separate results for the written test and final round.
It is highly expected that the NDA 1 result will release in June 2022 and NDA 2 result in November 2022. It will be published online in pdf format.
The NDA result cum merit list showcases the name of candidates who are shortlisted for the SSB interview round and medical test. Candidates must keep their result cards preserve for future reference.
NDA 2022 Cut off
The category-wise cut off for NDA 2022 will release by the concerned authority. The cut-off criteria will vary from one category to another. The written test cut off will be 342, whereas, the final cut off would be 708.
Candidates who cleared the cut off criteria are further eligible to attend the upcoming rounds.
NDA 2022 Selection Procedure
NDA will select candidates based on their overall performance in the written test and SSB interview. First of all, UPSC selects students based on their performance in written tests and thereafter, they will be called for attending the SSB interview.
There will be two stages of the SSB interview- Stage I and Stage II. Stage I includes Officer Intelligence Rating (OIR) tests that are Picture Perception and Description Test (PP&DT).
