    Indian Navy Agniveer Eligibility: Nationality

    As per Indian Navy Agniveer Eligibility, the candidates must be citizens of India when applying for the post. The national integration is based on unity in diversity with equal opportunity for youth including women from all regions. Candidates applying for the post should belong to one of the following categories:

    • Indian citizens.
    • Tibetan refugees settled in India before January 1, 1962.
    • Subjects of Nepal.
    • Subjects of Bhutan.
    • Candidates of Indian descent who migrated to Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam.

    Indian Navy Agniveer Selection Process 2024

    Candidates must be aware of the entire Indian Navy selection process to avoid any obstacles. The selection process consists of three stages:

    Stage 1 – Screening of Candidates based on Computer Based Test

    Stage 2 – Offline Exam

    Stage 3 – Physical Fitness Test

    Stage 4 – Medical Examination

    The selection process for Indian Navy Agniveer in 2024 will be outlined in the Indian Navy Agniveer 2024 Notification. To make it to the final selection list, candidates must successfully pass all stages of the Indian Navy Agniveer MR Recruitment 2024. Failing any stage of the recruitment process will result in disqualification.

    Stage 1 - Computer Based Test

    The Indian Navy has introduced this test as a new screening method. The goal of this test is to shortlist candidates based on their knowledge of subjects such as English, Maths, General Knowledge, and Science.

    Until recently, candidates were shortlisted based on their percentage in 10+2, which meant only those with 90% or higher could sit for the exam. However, with the introduction of Computer Based Test (CBT) in the Navy exam, every candidate will have an equal opportunity to take the test.

    The introduction of CBT ensures fair chances for all candidates appearing for the Navy exam.

    Stage 2 – Offline Written Exam - Indian Navy Agniveer

    The written exam will be administered in a computer-based format, consisting of objective-type questions with multiple-choice answers. Questions will be provided in both English and Hindi. Candidates must pass each section individually as well as achieve an aggregate passing score.
